So, yesterday I had a mini breakdown and ended up eating two slices of pizza. Did I cry afterwards? Yes. Was I disappointed in myself? Yes. However, I moved on. We all make mistakes and I did not allow my mistake from yesterday to bring me down today. Today was actually my best day on the diet so far. I wasn't tempted at all to "cheat" and I stuck with the protein shakes and non-starchy veggies. Just remembering why I am doing this and thinking about all of the benefits is enough to help me through this!
Only 9 days until surgery.
